Terms of service

Effective from 29 September 2026. These terms govern the use of toolseta.com (the “Service”). They are also the terms of service for electronically supplied services within the meaning of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. The Polish version is binding; this translation is provided for information.

1. Operator

The Service is operated by:

Dawid Metelski IT

Owner: Dawid Metelski

Poland

Tax ID (NIP): 8471635535

E-mail: dawid628@onet.eu

“User” means anyone who uses the Service. “Consumer” means a natural person using the Service for purposes unrelated to their business, and — to the extent provided by Polish law — a sole trader concluding a contract that is not of a professional nature for them.

2. Services

Current features, limits and prices are listed on the pricing page. Using the Service without an account does not require registration; the agreement for such use is concluded when the User starts using a tool and ends when they stop.

3. Technical requirements

To use the Service you need a device with internet access and a current version of a common web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari) with JavaScript and cookies enabled. An account additionally requires an active e-mail address.

4. Account

5. Paid plans, credits and payments

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

A Consumer may withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason, by sending a statement of withdrawal by e-mail to the address in section 1, for example using the form below. Paid features start immediately after purchase at the Consumer’s express request, so if the Consumer withdraws, they pay only for the part of the service provided until the withdrawal, and the rest of the price is refunded within 14 days using the original payment method. The right of withdrawal expires once a service has been fully provided, and for credits that have already been used, where the Consumer agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. Because Stripe is the reseller of paid plans and credits, refunds are executed through Stripe; we handle your request and arrange the refund with Stripe.

Model withdrawal form. To: Dawid Metelski IT, dawid628@onet.eu. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: …… Ordered on: …… Name of the consumer: …… E-mail address of the account: …… Date: ……

7. Rules of use

8. Illegal content and contact point

Notices about illegal content, as well as messages from authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act, can be sent to the e-mail address in section 1 (communication in English or Polish). Notices should describe the content and explain why it is illegal. Files are deleted automatically after the periods described in the privacy policy.

9. Results and liability

Tools work automatically. Conversion, OCR, table and invoice data extraction can contain errors, so results should be checked before being relied upon, in particular for accounting, legal or financial purposes. The Operator makes every effort to keep the Service available but may interrupt it for maintenance or for reasons beyond its control. Towards Users who are not Consumers, the Operator’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim and excludes lost profits, except for damage caused intentionally. The liability towards Consumers is governed by mandatory provisions of law, which these terms do not limit.

10. Complaints

Complaints about the Service can be sent to the e-mail address in section 1 and should describe the problem and include the account e-mail address. We respond within 14 days of receipt.

11. Termination by the Operator

The Operator may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ notice for important reasons (such as closing the Service), refunding the unused part of prepaid fees, or with immediate effect if the User seriously breaches these terms.

12. Changes to the terms

The Operator may change these terms for important reasons (changes in law, in the Service or in payment methods). Registered Users will be informed by e-mail at least 14 days in advance; a User who does not accept the change may terminate the agreement before it takes effect.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. For Consumers, this does not deprive them of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. Disputes with Users who are not Consumers are resolved by the court competent for the Operator’s registered address. Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint procedures, for example municipal consumer ombudsmen in Poland or the European Consumer Centre in their country.
