About Invoice to Excel
Stop copying invoices into spreadsheets by hand. Upload PDF or photographed invoices and get a workbook with a summary row per invoice — number, issue and due date, seller and buyer, VAT/tax IDs, currency, net, tax and gross totals — plus a sheet with every line item. Which fields are extracted?
Invoice number, issue date, due date, seller and buyer names, VAT/tax IDs, IBAN, currency, net amount, tax amount, total, and line items with quantity, unit price and amount.
Which languages are supported?
English, Polish, German and Spanish invoices are supported out of the box, including common date and number formats.
Can I process many invoices at once?
Yes, on Pro and Business. All invoices land in one workbook with a row per invoice.
What does it cost?
Guests get 1 and free accounts 2 invoices per day to try it. Pro includes 100 per day; you can also buy credit packs and pay per invoice.
